We will install an easy-to-use video conferencing system with a motorized wide-view camera mounted above or below the existing TV and two external speakers. Two modular, tapletop microphones will create natural, conversational sound for users. Necessary cabling to the conference table will be concealed with a cord cover to prevent tripping or accidental disconnection. A wireless presentation system will allow users to easily connect to the system for enhanced functionality. Upon completion, we’ll neatly dress all wiring and provide an education on the system’s operation.
